No. While booking transactions are handled directly between guests and managers, Dream Escape is a fully managed platform. We invest in marketing, technology, support, and vetting to ensure quality and safety. Listing your property or joining as a manager comes with a participation cost.
Booking a Stay
You browse the available properties on our platform and choose the one that fits your needs. Each listing has a dedicated manager you can contact directly by phone or email to finalize availability, terms, and payment.
Not at this time. Payments are handled directly between the guest and the manager. However, our platform may offer optional tools or integrations in the future.
No commission is charged by Dream Escape on bookings. Our revenue model is based on onboarding, hosting, and visibility packages for managers and properties.

We’re actively recruiting managers across the U.S., starting with Orlando. Apply through the Join as Manager section. Once approved, you’ll gain access to your dashboard, receive listings, and manage guest relationships directly.
